Haran Vinayagalingam is the chief executive officer of Kochasoft. Previously, he served as Senior Director of SAP HANA Center of Excellence, Platform Solutions Group, where he led global SAP HANA enablement initiatives and complex S/4HANA migrations. At IBM, he directed multi-year analytics programs for Fortune 500 clients, including Coca-Cola and DuPont, leading globally distributed teams and partnering with executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Haran is also a recipient of the SAP Winners Circle 2013 award, an honor that recognizes exceptional performance, outstanding leadership, and the highest level of customer impact and collaboration.

He enjoys spending time with his three sons, often hiking together, exploring the outdoors, and strengthening their bond through shared experiences.
